Chicken breasts (or thighs), Caesar dressing, cream cheese, garlic, chicken broth, pasta, and Parmesan cheese.
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken. Add garlic and cream cheese on top for extra creaminess.
Set the crockpot to low and cook for about 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot with shredded chicken, and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve hot!
